When to expect your items

UK: 3-5 Working Days. 

International: 10-21 Working Days Approx. 


Firstly we need a little production time as we make your item to order. This is currently between 1-3 working days before delivery. Larger orders for example a wholesale or personalised items may take that little bit longer with a 5-7 working day estimate, but we will always be in communication with you if there is a delay!

Royal Mail 1st Class- 1-2 working days. (After Production)


INTERNATIONAL: Royal Mail Tracked and Signed.  From £6.95

Approx. 7-14 Working Days (After Production)

International Shipping-

We offer our products to most of the world but sadly cannot ship to some corners due to customs. A list of available destinations is available at checkout. Apologies for any disappointment. 


HOLIDAYS-
Our delivery times do not include weekend's and UK Bank Holiday's when there is no mail service. 

EXPRESS/UPGRADES-
We are sadly unable to offer express shipping or shipping upgrades. We kindly ask that you do not purchase an item with a note of a required date that is out with our current delivery possibilities, we will only have to cancel and refund you.

AFTER DISPATCH-
It is your responsibility to provide a correct postal address, accept delivery of items and arrange the collection/re delivery of items that are awaiting your response at your local depot/office. We realise mishaps can happen and should your order re direct back to us because of an incorrectly provided address, delivery refusal or left uncollected from your post office depot we are happy to send it out again at the additional postal costs paid by you. If you refuse an item, don't reply or don't wish to have the item re sent then we will refund the item cost deducting postal fees.

If you are awaiting an item and receive an “attempted delivery” card or have tracking information it is your responsibility to follow the instructions/online information to retrieve your item. Please note delivery will be attempted on more than one occasion usually before being held at your local depot for a short while awaiting your collection. Thereafter it makes it's way back to us. If you suspect/know that delivery was attempted then please contact your postal office and not ourselves to arrange collection. They are usually very informative and helpful in getting your mail to you!

 

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to import taxes, these costs will vary from country to country and depend on the value of goods. Payment of these taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and can sometimes cause a small delay in the delivery process. We thank you for your patience.
